Table sugar is a lot more processed than honey.
You should avoid highly processed foods and honey is the more minimally processed of these two.
If you have to eat any sweeteners, some types of honey aren't processed at all,
especially the local types of honey available in some local African markets so you should consider choosing these types of honey. However, honey and sugar are just empty calories that should be avoided because they contain nothing else but sugar molecules. You should consider leaving sweeteners out of your meals gradually, in order to achieve a sustainable and healthier body weight; this in the long run elongates your body's life span!
